Terms of Use
By accessing and using the Timing-Lab service, the Information on the Timing-Lab.com Web site (the "Site"), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, conditions and disclaimer, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms of Use may change from time to time without any prior notice and it is your responsibility to check for updates. By using this Site, you, the User and/or Member are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
Any reference to Timing-Lab in this document shall mean Libra Consultoria Financeira, LTD ("Libra Financial Consulting, LLC") and its subsidiaries, and this document shall operate as a legal agreement between member and Libra.

The material provided by Timing-Lab is for general informational purposes only. No Information on the Site or by Electronic Communication, is intended as investment advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to sell or buy, or as an endorsement, recommendation or sponsorship of any company, security, or fund. The Information provided is based on sources believed to be reliable, but no representation or warranty, expressed or implied is made as to its accuracy, completeness or correctness. We cannot and do not assess or guarantee the suitability or profitability of any particular investment, or the potential value of any investment or information source. Subscription Based Content
Some contents and/or services on this Site may be offered on the condition of your payment of subscription fees. If you choose to purchase subscription-based content/services and transmit a subscription purchase request to Timing-Lab, you warrant that all the information that you submit is true and accurate (including your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all of the subscription fees you incur. You agree that these Terms of Use will apply to your subscription. You also agree to be bound by any additional terms of use, conditions and disclaimers that may be required by Timing-Lab or any content providers. This Site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance, telecommunications interruptions, or other disruptions. Although Timing-Lab makes every reasonable effort to minimize such downtime, Timing-Lab does not guarantee 100% availability of the Site.
Your subscription is personal to you and the members of your household, and you may not transfer or make your account name or password available to others, including your co-workers. Timing-Lab retains the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access to our services.
Payment/Automatic Renewal
The members agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan they have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card (trough Pay Pal) at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by following the procedure described in our Refund/Cancellation Policy below.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
The subscription comes with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, in the first 30 days, we will be glad to issue a refund. Simply e-mail your refund request to sales@timing-lab.com (please specify your User ID in the message).
The 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time. Once the 30-day money back guarantee period is over, the following policy applies: There is no refund for any subscription plan. You can cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel the service after the charge for the current period has been processed, that charge will not be refunded. However, upon notification of cancellation, Timing-Lab will immediately stop charging your account and no additional charges will take place. It is your responsibility to follow-up on the refund/cancellation request acknowledgment.
Restriction on Use/Limited License - Individual Members
Timing-Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display on your computer, download or print short extracts of the Information for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only, provided that:
No other use of the Information is permitted. Timing-Lab retains the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access to our services.
Restriction on Use/Limited License - Professional Members
All of the terms and conditions in the 'Restriction on Use/Limited License - Individual Members' section above apply to Professional Members with the following differences:
- Professional Member may conduct some commercial activities from which the Professional Member's clients may indirectly benefit from the Information.
- Professional Members are required to update the Financial Information they provide to Timing-Lab at least once every three months to keep their subscription current. This Financial Information is used to determine subscription fees.
No Financial Advice
The Information on this Site is not intended to be and does not constitute financial advice or any other advice. The Information is general in nature and is not specific for you. You should not make any decision, financial or otherwise, based on any of the Information without your own due diligence. You agree that any and all use of the Information, which you make, is solely at your own risk. Further, you acknowledge that you understand that Timing-Lab is not a licensed Financial Advisor, Financial Analyst, or Financial Planner.
No Warranties
Timing-Lab does not guarantee or warrant the quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, appropriateness or suitability of the Information or of any product or services referenced on the Site. The Site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance, telecommunications interruptions, or other failures.

Members understand that Timing-Lab will communicate with Member at its own discretion, and that it has no obligation to do otherwise. In the event that Timing-Lab communicates with a Member, it makes no representations; and strictly disclaims any responsibility that said communication will be actually received by the Member.
No Endorsement
Reference to any third party information, product, process or services on this Site or any linked site is not an expressed or implied endorsement by Timing-Lab, which assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of the information, product, process or services contained on such sites.
