Luiz Coelho is the Timing-Lab model designer and founder responsible for the overall strategy and operations. Luiz has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Finance. He worked 19 years for IBM, where he held various technical and managerial positions both in Brazil and in the U.S. He has spent 5 years with the Brazilian Central Bank as a trader and portfolio manager, where he gathered experience on portfolio management applications software design.
